Uganda’s coffee sector is undergoing a quiet revolution — and women are leading the way. 🌟 In places like Sironko district, initiatives such as Bayaaya Specialty Coffee are transforming the lives of female farmers. These women are not just growing beans — they’re growing businesses, building communities, and driving economic inclusion.

By offering higher prices and performance-based bonuses, these initiatives are proving that when women thrive, families and economies thrive. Financial inclusion is improving. Households are stabilizing. Leadership is becoming more diverse.

Strengthening Ties: Uganda-UK Trade & Business Forum 🇺🇬🤝🇬🇧

On May 19, 2025, UNCCI Head of Delegation and Head of Finance, Ms. Jenipher Timbitwire (L), joined Ms. Priscilla Mirembe Serukka, Board Chairperson of Uganda National Airlines Company Ltd (2nd L), and fellow UNCCI members at the official launch of the Uganda–UK Trade and Business Forum hosted by Uganda Airlines at DoubleTree, London.

The forum serves as a strategic platform to:
