We were honored to participate in the Youth Mining Day 2026 held at Busitema University under the theme"Empowering Uganda's Next Generation of Mineral Sector Leaders." The event brought together students, young professionals, policymakers, academia, and industry leaders to explore the vast opportunities within Uganda's growing minerals sector.
During the event, our team interacted with students and aspiring professionals through career guidance engagements, sharing insights on employability, workplace readiness, professional development, and the evolving skills demanded by employers in the mining and energy sectors. We also participated in panel discussions highlighting the importance of continuous learning, industry exposure, and practical experience in building successful careers.
At Q-Sourcing Servtec Uganda, we remain committed to empowering young professionals through career mentorship, workforce development solutions, and meaningful industry connections that create pathways to employment and professional growth.
