How to find great house plan

Choosing house plans can seem like a discouraging task but knowing what to look for can help you succeed when picking a floor plan for your home.

1. Set your budget - before you begin searching for a house plan, you should set a budget for your home project.
Be as realiastic as possible.

2. Examine your land - the physical nature of your plot determines the plan that you should choose.
No plan fit every plot.

3. Be realistic - you will never find a house plan that meets all your expectations.
The best is to choose a house plan that has most of the features that you are looking for

4. Dont dwell too much on exteriors - most people spend too much time focusing on the exteriors of their homes at the expense of the interiors.
However, exteriors are easy to modify and should therefore focus on the interiors which are harder to modify
