WHO WE ARE
Community- Students’ Partnership for Service Learning(COSPA-SEL) is a youth- led non-for profit, community development organization that was enunciated toincorporate community work that gives students real-world learning experiences that enhance their academic learning while providing a tangible benefit for the community through service learning projects.
LOCATION
We are located and housed at Ndejje University Lady Irene Campus, NdejjeKabuye Village, Nyimbwasub-county in Luweero District.
VISION
Community- Students’ Partnership for Service Learning(COSPA-SEL) envisions a more just and developed society with the inclusion of students and community partnerships globally embracing lively livelihood to the marginalized and emotionalized communities.
MISSION
Community- Students’ Partnership for Service Learning’s mission is to promote a friendly and harmonious Service- learning environment for students through partnerships between communities and academic institutions to improve community life of the marginalized and to educate students for civic and social development.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
To strengthen social capital in the community as trusting, respectful, and sustained relationships form across sectors that result in more effective service-learning and a host of other benefits.
To expand our mission and reach out substantially increasing costs by engaging a cadre of competent motivated young people who share their time and talents in support of the organization's mission.
To increase sense of self-efficacy as young people learn that they can impact real social challenges, problems, and needs in the communities through Mentoring.
To enhance higher academic achievement of students and interest in furthering their education and problem-solving skills, ability to work in teams, and planning abilities.
To provide an intentional strategy for addressing goals for learning and personal development through civic engagement and community service.
To increase program staff and volunteers' level of engagement, leadership capacity, and satisfaction with their work.
To sensitize, educate, Mentor and train the students, community members and youth on health related issues.
