We are currently looking for two self-made dedicated and independently minded individuals who are highly motivated to succeed in a new, changing and challenging but imperfect work environment to fill the available positions of Consultancy Officer ( Projects) and Consultancy Officer ( Training and Outreach).
The candidates should be individuals with already tested high level of imagination, innovation and creativity in seeking solutions to resolve complex technical challenges affecting socio-economic transformation, which should be presented in simple and lay formats to allow implementation by ordinary people.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
The candidates should be graduates in the fields of Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology, Human Nutrition, Veterinary Public Health or any other related field.
A post graduate degree in Food Safety, Quality Assurance or any other Food Safety or Quality related areas is an added advantage. Demonstrable experience in Food Safety, Sanitary and PhytoSanitary measures (SPS) or Quality and Standards as they relate to trade is needed. Past experience of performing assignments in the related fields is essential for these positions.
