Improving sleep habits, also known as sleep hygiene, can be achieved through a combination of lifestyle changes and habits. Here are some tips to help you improve your sleep habits, especially at night:

1. Stick to a consistent sleep schedule
2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine (e.g., reading, meditation, warm bath)
3. Optimize your sleep environment (dark, quiet, cool, comfortable)
4. Avoid screens (phones, tablets, TVs) at least an hour before bedtime
5. Limit caffeine, ni****ne, and alcohol before bedtime
6. Avoid heavy meals close to bedtime

When, why we set goals? How to set our goals?

Setting goals towards a particular dream or vision is what everybody does day in and day out.

We all have reasons for setting a particular goal or the other.

We have all heard people telling us or advising us to set goals or have a structure.

I heard someone telling her friends you need to set goals to achieve your aims and purpose for a particular target.

I kept wondering what happens to people that set goals and still fails.....even though failures is said to also be a part of success.

But atimes, we set the wrong goals for the wrong purpose.

When the purpose is wrong, then the goals will be wrong.

Why are you setting that goals?
What is the purpose for setting the goals?

You don't just set goals because you want to impress someone.

You don't set a goal because someone else does the same thing.

Achieving lasting success is setting the RIGHT goals for the RIGHT purpose.

It's not all about setting goals but about setting the right goals in this coming new year.

Take your time to set the right goals.... don't be pushed into setting the unnecessary goals.

Have a clear and personal conviction about what you want to do.

Be sure you are on the right path.

All you need to do is for you to make sure that you are set on the right purpose.

In the coming New year....do your thing at your own pace.

All that matters is that you are focused and determined.

Just keep moving, take a step at a time.

Do your thing as it comes in your capacity, don't give in to pressures that doesn't serve your path in life.

Don't compare yourself with another person.

Always remember we are not running the same race and we have different destinations.

Relax your mind.

Setting the right goals for the right purpose makes it easier for you.
