Last week was graduation week, and over 10,000 fresh graduands joined the job market. The question still is, "HOW MANY OF THEM WILL GET INTO GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT?"

BPO by default is capable of creating over 40,000 direct jobs, if the right policies and supportive business environment are effected.
As a country, we have an unfair advantage of attracting outsourced work from Europe and America, but have not done enough to achieve this.

By promoting exporting of IT enabled services, Uganda can very significantly reduce the youth unemployment numbers.
