The objective was to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment with ample natural light and views. Incorporate features that promote patient well-being, such as access to nature, artwork, and music Create inviting and engaging spaces that promote social interaction and reduce stress. Use materials and finishes that are durable and easy to maintain and clean for both the public and clinic areas, the spaces were designed to be functional and efficient, while also providing a sense of privacy and dignity for patients and the use of materials and finishes that are easy to clean and disinfect.
The interior fit out of this modern contemporary hospital should create a healing and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The use of new and sustainable building finishes and materials will help to create a healthy and environmentally responsible space.

The brief was simple a building with a high recognition value, a building with a self-confident and progressive expression symbolizing through its purity the working methods of the fuel company, the hard part how do you squeeze 500 employees into a tight space and get the existing office block to relate with the new one? The urban and morphologic challenge on this site was to create a distinct break from the fuel depot and the office buildings while providing adequate parking for all the company’s employees and that’s what ca+ set out to execute
The new office building aims to make its operations more efficient by centralising the administrative and technical services which were divided by two offices in on 6th street and 8 streets industrial area The new headquarters will also solve the pressing shortage of workspace in the existing office building. Some 500 people have moved into this new building space now that it is complete. The property has a modern and functional appearance, durability, maintenance, expandability and features numerous technical innovations.

The minimal design of this three bedroomed, three bathroom three maisonettes brings a bright and airy feel to it. A subtle elegance is brought by the simple touches and lines of the accessories. Function following form and not the other way round. First noticeable in the assembly is the simple colors and materials selection which gives a smooth rhythm to the open floor exposition of the social areas – dining and living room assembly and behind a custom-made open plan kitchen behind a breakfast counter. The living room arcade is the centrepiece of this design.

This five-bedroomed custom residence is inspired as much by its unique setting as the client’s lifestyle. To maximize the views and privacy, the house was split into three wings – living and entertainment spaces in the middle, and private spaces which turn away from the motor court to face an expansive lawn and the surrounding views. Breaking the structure into smaller parts also reduces massing and establishes a physical connection with the outdoors; access is available from almost any room.
