So many lessons to learn from this man who run 42kms under 2 hours something no body known had ever done......
-There are so many Eludes out there but why him? Think about the mental challenge guy had to endure, think about the hours invested during training? God created greatness in all of us.
-Think about the emotional cost to his immediate family....many days away(money can't compensate for that)
-Think about the guy who saw business in this guy? Many dollar billionaires but why did this one billionaire think about this?
-Why a city in Austria? It takes good brains for such a PR opportunity to happen in a particular city. Emotions dont create such opportunities. It shows there is value in being prepared as a city.
-Does your background matter if you are determined? I don't know his story and yes, am inspired to learn more about his background.
-No one suceeds alone is one of the greatest messages in yesterdays run in Vienna....imagine he was bad to other runners before?
The people who contributed to his success yesterday as pacesetters werent very ordinary people(watchout for who helps you achieve greatness)
-Imagine him having had a dismissive attitude? Dismissive people don't understand the value of living a life of purpose( they even dismiss value)....
-I read a few not all trying to down play this great achievement here on facebook.....i think one has a right to ignore such individuals(be careful about whose criticism you pay attention to).
Some people will say anything just because they have some MBs and can express themselves in English. If you don't run, you don't understand this. Guy did every 100m in less than 18 seconds for 42kms
-He has raised the profile of both Athletics as a whole and Kenya as a country....this will positive impact Kenya for many generations. It's individuals that impact nations!
He has clearly shown that colour doesn't matter if one is determined to achieve greatness.....many people want greatness without paying the price.
- The guy had 7 sets of pacesetters(not all run) and the ones who started him off with him never finished with him. Many people in your life will start you off but may never see you at the finish line. Pray for wisdom to know.
-His determination earned so many people opportunities beyond kenya. From media to food to manufacturers to event organizers plus plus......
