St.Claret College Kyarumba Structures. Constructed to save our area from the unfocused learning and teaching. We can improve what others have failed on. Its not worth it for a school to sit more than 100 students at S.4 and only two passes in division two with the rest failing. We can change the trend by increasing the competition. We need the public trust.

CLARK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ROCLDC REACH OUT TO THE NEEDY FAMILIES IN KYONDO SUB COUNTY.
With us are our donors Mrs. Hellen and Rev. Sr. Pheles from the UK who brought with them Clothings, Woolen beddings, Under-wares for school children, Re-usable sanitary kits for adolescent girls in schools, solar lumps for the orphans in schools, the funds to support our hard to reach monthly immunization and the trainings for the parents of the deaf children in sign language. Helen has taken up the organization as its Donar for the next Five years. She will fund community innovative projects, Trainings aimed at helping the poor and the OVCs, facilitate the Health sector of the organization and will make home to home Visits to the families as we have done to day when she comes to Uganda. We gave out some of the Items as we visited the poor families and handed in an income generating activity of goat rearing to the Two orphans. We were in Kabango, Kaghorwe and Musasa Villages where we met three different families.

SHALL WE MISS ANYTHING IN "MINI SKIRTS AND CLEAVAGE REVEALING BLOUSES?
It had gone too much. Even grand mothers were putting on cleavage blouses????
=====================================================
President Yoweri Museveni has signed a law which criminalizes indecency and promotion of po*******hy.

Henceforth, women have been forbidden from wearing clothes like miniskirts and cleavage-revealing blouses ('tops') that excite s*xual cravings in public, unless for educational and medical purposes or during sports or cultural events.

Addressing the press at the Media Centre in Kampala on Tuesday, ethics and integrity state minister, Rev. Fr. Simon Lokodo said the President signed the bill into law on February 6, two months after its passing by the House.

BE DESCENT
========
According to the law, po*******hy means “any representation through publication, exhibition, cinematography, indecent show, information technology or by whatever means, of a person engaged in real or stimulated explicit s*xual activities or any representation of the s*xual parts of a person for primary s*xual excitement.”

Minister Lokodo also identified s*x tease shows commonly known as bimansulo, videos or photos depicting child s*x, and musicians, especially female artistes, who perform in very revealing short dresses, as the other banned acts.

“We do not like you to behave in a way that draws the attention of other people. Be decent and let your cloth show you as a decent person,” Lokodo said.

Asked to draw precise indecency lines, the minister said: “If you are dressed in something that irritates the mind and excites other people especially of the opposite s*x, you are dressed in wrong attire and please hurry up and change”.

Media houses are also banned from publishing pictures of couples kissing or indecently-dressed women like those taken in night clubs, according to Patricia Achan-Okiria, the principal legal officer in the ethics ministry.

The minister described concerns from development partners over the anti-po*******hy bill as mere blackmail that won’t derail his office from fighting moral degeneration.
