Prepare our money -- Thugs to Min Kibuule & fellow Buikwe residents!!

Thugs have warned Buikwe residents to prepare their money they are to collect from them when they break into their (the residents) houses to rob them. The thugs went ahead to make a list of the specific residents to be robbed soon and the amount of money each person on the list should prepare for the robbers. On the list was also State Minister for Water Hon Kibuule who was told to prepare 900M.
