Currently sports around the global transited from armature to professional, centuries ago mostly countries in the first and second world countries have taken sports industry very seriously and professional. still running under the 1964 National Council of Sports (NCS) Act, Cap 48 of Uganda as an armature oriented sector, because of the level at which the world of sports is moving at some games in Uganda are transiting from armature to professional.
