The kick off for this 11 week journey is September 14th.
Let me be clear—THIS IS 100% an on line journey. After payment is received, you will be invited to a private Facebook group. There I will post daily content about workouts, meal plans, motivation and encouragement. I will be asking questions to help you. You will have a forum to ask, and discuss issues. You will receive input and support. There will be opportunities for one-on-one consults. My goal is to help everyone who participates make the changes they need to make in their daily life so that they are fully honoring all parts of themselves.

It’s a judgment free zone. This is not graded or compared. We start from where you are and go forward. It’s a way of making changes and having accountability and support in the process.

What this is NOT:
📍Some fad diet plan. Nope. Everyone has different needs/restrictions/likes/dislikes. This will be about finding a formula that works for you to fuel your body.
📍An insane workout regime. Again-nope. It’s about honoring your body and moving and using it in a way that is beneficial to your daily life and overall health.
📍A religion based program. Once again-nope. Religion is a personal matter, in my opinion. I am not going to interfere with someone’s beliefs. The spirit I speak of is the self. So honoring that part of you. If that is done through prayer or religious service—that is awesome. If it is meditating in the woods—that’s awesome. Anyway you do it, as long as you DO do it—that’s awesome.

This is what Resolution •77• is all about. It’s how you reintegrate all the parts of you into the healthiest version of you.
Many times “getting in shape”, or “getting organized”, or “taking it easy”, seems so hard and insurmountable is because:
1. We don’t know where/how to start, and
2. We focus on just ONE aspect of ourselves.

This journey focuses on ALL aspects of ourselves. To truly HONOR all parts, and work them all together.

Imagine how hard it would be to drive your car if you were relying on just ONE wheel.
It would feel impossible and exhausting.
That’s what we keep doing to ourselves.

We are going to kick this off on September 14th and go until November 30th.

😍You will get to go into the holiday season and the new year as the best version of you!😍

I will be posting some content to my A New Day Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Philosophies.

There will also be an opportunity to join an inner core group, online, that will receive DAILY content. Such as: workouts, recipes, meal planning, schedule tweaks, prompts, discussions, etc. Weekly check-ins and encouragement. This will be an opportunity to get deeper motivation and momentum. ⭐️⭐️Some of my friends and followers know about the self challenge I did earlier this year (I began it on March 1st). It was inspired by the “75 Hard” challenge. But I revamped and tweaked it so that it would be something doable and sustainable for ME.
⭐️⭐️At the time, I was not at my best. My weight had crept up. I was very fatigued. My mindset felt like it was functioning in a place of “What fresh hell am I dealing with now?!?” I felt stressed and overworked. I didn’t feel good about ME or how life was. My body hurt a lot of the time.
⭐️⭐️So I wrote up and started the “challenge”. Giving myself only positives regarding how I was doing. Every workout. Every 70oz of water consumed. Every walk in nature. Every moment spent on MY hobbies. Every time I walked away from inflammatory foods. I gave myself an internal pat on the back.
⭐️⭐️The results of this 75 days were not what I was expecting. It was far greater. I fell in love. With myself. I was finally treating myself with the love and respect I would give to a significant other or friend. I gave MYself significance.
⭐️⭐️I felt better. I moved better. My thoughts were bigger and better. My body didn’t hurt. I had more energy. I lost 20 pounds.
⭐️⭐️Then I went on vacation and broke my ankle. Laid up for 11weeks. But that didn’t break ME. It gave me lots of time to reflect and think. I came to the conclusion that I know a lot of people who were living in the same patterns I had back in February. Existing but not full of life.
⭐️⭐️Now here we are. Present day. I have refined and planned. I am looking to offer this blueprint, support, community, to anyone who wants it. Daily support and content to boost you. Answers, ideas, guidance.

The same can be said for gratitude. Our mind will find what we ask it to look for. So when we say “what else can go wrong today?”, your mind will start looking for and seeing everything that is wrong.

When you practice gratitude, your mind will show you more things to be grateful for. It will change your perceptions.

So begin your gratitude habitude. Make gratitude a habit. Start your day with naming the things you are grateful for. Throughout the day, acknowledge the things that bring you a smile or chuckle or a warm feeling. Be thankful.

See how quickly this habit takes hold.

What do you plan to do today to show yourself love? To really dedicate energy to showing yourself that you are worthy and amazing? Doesn’t have to be some great feat. You don’t have to spend lots of money. You don’t have to go far away.
What is one thing you can do to INVEST in your relationship with YOURSELF?
We always invest in our external relationships, but what about the INTERNAL relationship you have with you? How will you nourish that today? What act can you do to prioritize THAT relationship?
