We are excited to be breaking ground and kicking off the construction of the Jeanette C. Mix Natural Sciences Building for Georgia Southwestern University!

Abbeville Commissioning, LLC (Abbeville Cx) is an engineering firm, that specializes in providing independent commissioning services for commercial construction. Abbeville Cx was founded in 2011 and is located at 224 Main Street W, Abbeville, GA 31001.

We are seeking a part-time (expected 20 hours per week) Office Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, document preparation, and general office operations. This is an entry-level position offering an opportunity to gain experience in a professional setting.

Abbeville Cx Part-Time Job Requirements and Description

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail (especially with writing and proofreading)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and organization skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Reliable means of transportation

Job Description:
• Perform filing, organization, and general administrative duties
• Assist with the preparation and organization of reports (including basic proofreading)
• Support document assembly and formatting to ensure a professional appearance
• Conduct basic internet research as needed
• Help maintain a clean and organized office
• Assist with ordering and organizing office supplies and inventory
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and support office staff as needed
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
