the pad underneath this new mobile home site needed to be brought up a little or footers were gonna have to be poured… giant pile of dirt already on site, so we moved about 60 tons and got em ready for delivery and setup.

Old fence gone, big oak down, new fence up and water sealed, stumps ground, trenches in, HVAC /pool pump room completed, yard subsoiled and winter rye down!🥵 it’s been fun watching this project come full circle! next, we’ll tear out the old busted concrete driveway and put some millings down! Our client was tired of 2 old stumps that had been ground a while back but they were not ever able to get anything to grow.
since the roots were
so bad and there just wasn’t enough soil (even after the chips had rotted)
The larger of the 2 in the front yard was quite a bit higher that the driveway itself too.
We were able to remove nearly
20 yards of stump, roots and debris, regrading the yard while adding some fresh screened topsoil from BHC Trucking.
We topped it all
off with about 900 sq ft of fresh cut Bermuda and a freshly pressure washed driveway.
it should
do well at the end of the growing season. We’d like to thank the Leary’s for being such great clients to work for, you guys truly have a beautiful yard!

This one was fun to watch the transformation and check all the boxes of some really great clients… we were able to reclaim a large portion to the creek making it viewable and enjoyable. we dug up a ton of trees and built a new pad for a new 12x20 storage building coming this week!
We stayed on budget and managed to do a little bit more for the homeowner cause that’s what we do💪🏼

One more box checked on the list! The old dilapidated pavilion @ Hester's Bottoms Family Campground has been removed! All 8 day use sites have been mulched and the main area by the water too. Quite a bit more work to take place before it’s ready to open but we’ve made some substantial progress this week!
