Make rip rap great again!

This pond had a totally washed out discharge, which created more of a water fall then a stream, skyrocketing concern for further wash out of the burm, and the lawn as well.

We built up over the wash out to create a channel to guide the water down the desired path, while protecting the customer's beautiful spruce tree without disturbing it. We built it back better then it ever was before.

Another mulching job in the books! 🌲

Another example of our machinery accomplishing in one day what 5 years of labor couldn't.

This customer had approximately 3 acres of heavily overgrown pine trees, with dead limbs extending through the lower 10' of the trees. The excessive growth was progressively restricting sunlight and airflow, preventing the area from developing into a healthier, more open wooded space.

The mulcher was able to remove the overwhelming majority of the unwanted growth while leaving the dead limbs slightly stubbed from the trunk rather than risking damage to the trees themselves. Those remaining stubs closer to the tree as seen fit, and we can grab the high ones with our pole saw.

Pictures really don't do this transformation justice!

A gentleman built with elbow grease and a can-do attitude. 💪

This is Jim, one of our customers. Months ago, he called us for an estimate on revamping his driveway. Shortly after, Jim decided to tackle the project himself.

And honestly, Jim did a great job with the knowledge, skills, and limited—but still useful—equipment he had available.

When he finished, though, it just wasn’t quite what he wanted. His equipment had its limitations, although his determination never did. That’s when Jim gave us a call again for some touch-up work.

We’re glad we could come in, straighten things out, and get his driveway where he wanted it.

We completely understand if you want to save a buck and try tackling a project yourself (although there are plenty of jobs we wouldn’t recommend DIY’ing 😉). We’re happy to help wherever we can, whether that means doing the whole job or simply getting you across the finish line.

Estimates are estimates, and relationships are relationships. We’re grateful for both.
Thanks for trusting ERE LLC Excavation, Jim!

A few of the group-discount culverts we installed over the last week as part of a city ditching project, along with a full driveway tear-out to boot!

We rough-graded the driveway so the homeowners can continue using it until the new blacktop is installed by a third party.

Another busy week and half a dozen more happy customers!

Another busy week in the books! 💪

Friday had us racing the weather to complete 160 feet of culvert installation at a precise 1% grade before the rain moved in. Mother Nature kept us on our toes, but in the end she helped us fine-tune the final results.

For this project, the customer simply needed the culvert set correctly so the next phase could move forward. It's always rewarding to know the foundation was done right.

Every project is different, and we're grateful for each opportunity to put our equipment and experience to work.

Thank you to all of our customers for your continued trust and support. We truly appreciate every project you choose ERE LLC Excavation for!

A ¼-acre backyard expansion complete!

This project was a perfect fit for our 11,000 lb backhoe, especially with the restricted access. We removed the stumps, established a rough grade for easy maintenance, and will be back in the spring of 2027 to spread black dirt once everything is ready on the homeowner's end.

There are a lot of photos from this one, but together they tell the true story of the transformation.

To all of our customers—thank you. Your trust in ERE LLC Excavation means everything to us. We've been incredibly blessed by the opportunity to work on your projects, and we truly appreciate every one of you.
