At Guardian Spray Foam we strive to turn out a smooth application. This 2600 gal horizontal tank was installed with heat tracing before the foam application. With our application we eliminate any signs of the heat tracing.

Spray Foam Applicator - Roofing & Insulation

Labor Position:
Assist the applicator on spray foam installations; roofs, walls, vessels, and miscellaneous applications on commercial and residential projects. Operate fork lift, scissor lift, and use of hand tools. Install edge metal, painting, masking, and clean up; some heavy lifting. Some shop days for maintenance of equipment, rigs, and trucks. All work is performed at remote locations; driving and sitting are required. Must be a team player! Must have excellent work ethic and take pride in job well done. Detail oriented.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Hard working with strong work ethic.
* Ability to work in hot and cold environment.
* Not afraid of heights.
* Ability to ascend and descend ladders.
* Cutting and installing edge metal.
* Masking, grinding, and painting.
* Prepare and mix materials.
* Some heavy lifting; ladders and moving 55 gal drums.
* Clean out site from debris and discarded material.
* Load and unload material, tools, and equipment on truck.
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, or squat while performing work.
* Must be able to work while wearing safety boots, safety glasses, hardhat, and any applicable safety gear as needed.
* Being a safe worker who protects himself, others, and the environment from injury.
* Transportation to shop and able to adapt to changing assignments.
* Must be willing to travel on occasion for out of town projects (paid hotels and per diem when out-of-town work is required).

Position -- Paid hourly, wage is negotiable based on experience.

Lodi, CA - Providing high quality spray foam roofing. Guardian applied SPF roofing system to this 60,000 sq. ft. metal roof. The foam was top coated with silicone coating and white granules applied to the silicone top coat. This roofing application included the installation of 92 new skylights with custom metal curbs. SPF roofing is an excellent solution for commercial roof substrates. Not only does it waterproof it provides an added benefit; insulation. Which most metal roofs lack.

Modesto, CA - The renovation on this industrial building in the downtown district included the application of spray foam insulation. Guardian applied closed-cell foam to the ceiling and coated it with DC-315 thermal & ignition barrier coating tinted black.
