Seven years in, and working with Clearplan still feels like the first time — in the best possible way.

Throwback to March 2024, when the TFG team traveled across Japan, from Ginza to Hitachi City.

For us, being on the road is about more than the work itself. Team culture matters just as much as the job at hand. Traveling together gives us the chance to collaborate in new environments, strengthen relationships, and bring fresh perspectives back to the projects we’re working on.

Moments like these remind us that the experiences we share as a team are just as important as the work we deliver.
