"On Sunday, the CDC said in a statement that a "small number of " are directly affected by an Ebola outbreak occurring in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Center for Disease Control is monitoring an outbreak of Ebola disease in remote areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda and reports as follows on their website.
1. To date, no cases of Ebola disease have been confirmed in the United States because of this outbreak.
2. The overall risk to the American public and travelers remains low.
The CDC said Monday it is preparing to restrict entry for travelers arriving from parts of central Africa where an Ebola outbreak has been declared.
