Founding a company doesn't start with certainty. It starts with a decision.
In Part 2, Ms. Ingrid Hofmann shares what came next — when the doubts came fast:

What if no one trusts you?
She didn't let the noise stop the plan.
Because Ms. Hofmann is a builder. Someone who believes in preparing, training, and acquiring skills step by step. So she did what real leaders do — she attended her first course at the Nuremberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce: "How do I become self-employed?"
Her conviction still holds today: before going independent, you need industry experience. And above all — stamina. Not quitting at the first setback. Knowing the road is long, especially where trust takes time.
That mindset didn't just launch a company. It built a standard.
