We had a great time yesterday at McNairy Central talking with students about careers, opportunities, and what their futures could hold!

It was awesome meeting so many bright young people, answering questions, and sharing a little about the many different career paths available right here in our community — including opportunities at Design Team! 💜💚

Yesterday was all about celebrating the people who make Design Team such a great place to work!

We enjoyed a delicious Employee Appreciation Lunch along with a specialty lemonade stand serving up some refreshing treats. 🍋🥤

Guess who pulled up at work yesterday? The dentist...and no, this wasn't a drill. We were excited to have jetdental on-site yesterday, bringing the dentist to our workplace. Par for the Course ⛳️
Sunshine, a cool breeze, and plenty of great swings (with a few not so great ones mixed in) made this year’s Annual Employee Golf Tournament one to remember. It was the perfect blend of friendly competition, laughs, and time together outside the shop. We also added a Putting Challenge for a good cause to help one of our own. A big shoutout to our winners for choosing to pass their earnings along to support the cause. That kind of gesture says a lot about this team. Thank you to Dave’s Burger Barn for keeping everyone fueled with their delicious burgers. Safe to say…we know how to make a great day on the course or in the shop 🏌️‍♂️

Sweet Success 🍪
Our Employee Appreciation Cookout & Annual Baking Championship was one for the books! From hamburgers, hotdogs, and BBQ bologna to potato salad and a dessert table that could rival any bakery. The competition was fierce this year, with judges from across departments and two special guest judges, Darrell Stricklin and cookbook author Bellis May. Our winners even received a signed copy of her cookbook, a pretty sweet prize. From crafting signs to crafting incredible desserts, our team knows how to bring creativity to everything we do. We’re grateful for every employee who made the day special.
