Guess who pulled up at work yesterday? The dentist...and no, this wasn't a drill. We were excited to have jetdental on-site yesterday, bringing the dentist to our workplace. Par for the Course ⛳️
Sunshine, a cool breeze, and plenty of great swings (with a few not so great ones mixed in) made this year’s Annual Employee Golf Tournament one to remember. It was the perfect blend of friendly competition, laughs, and time together outside the shop. We also added a Putting Challenge for a good cause to help one of our own. A big shoutout to our winners for choosing to pass their earnings along to support the cause. That kind of gesture says a lot about this team. Thank you to Dave’s Burger Barn for keeping everyone fueled with their delicious burgers. Safe to say…we know how to make a great day on the course or in the shop 🏌️‍♂️

Sweet Success 🍪
Our Employee Appreciation Cookout & Annual Baking Championship was one for the books! From hamburgers, hotdogs, and BBQ bologna to potato salad and a dessert table that could rival any bakery. The competition was fierce this year, with judges from across departments and two special guest judges, Darrell Stricklin and cookbook author Bellis May. Our winners even received a signed copy of her cookbook, a pretty sweet prize. From crafting signs to crafting incredible desserts, our team knows how to bring creativity to everything we do. We’re grateful for every employee who made the day special.

We rolled up our sleeves last week for the blood drive, and our team showed up in a big way. It’s always a good feeling seeing coworkers come together to do something that truly helps others. One donation can save multiple lives, and today our crew was able to donate a total of 40 pints. Our team enjoyed meeting students from every grade level and sharing how careers in sign manufacturing combine creativity, technology, and skilled trades to build the brands you see every day. Hands on Experience 🛠
We had the pleasure of hosting five high school seniors for a Job Shadow Day at our facility! The morning kicked off with breakfast and a tour, then it was time to get to get to work. Four students spent the day in fabrication/welding while one joined our graphic design team to see the creative side of sign manufacturing. We wrapped up with lunch and great conversations with our knowledgeable Sales Manager, Josh Wolfe and one of our talented fabricators, John Moore. They discussed what makes Design Team special, career paths, and the importance of doing what you love. Always great to share what we do and hopefully inspire the next generation 💜💚
