DTI is excited to announce two new additions to our medium power high voltage diode line, the new FH Series and SH Series of diodes.

The FH series and SH series were conceptualized and designed using the technology of the legacy 2CL series diode line. These new series offer higher current and significantly faster reverse recovery time, making them ideal for applications with critical performance requirements such as X-ray equipment (medical, dental, industrial, and security), induction heating, and high voltage power supplies.

- Reverse recovery time (TRR) of 40ns or Standard Recovery
- Max. repetitive reverse voltage range (VRRM) from 2 to 30kV
- Average forward current (IFAVM) of 100 to 700mA
