DTI’s UMR-A Series of DC/DC converters are biasing high voltage power supplies that offer low noise, low ripple and high stability, making them ideal for applications such as electron guns, mass spectrometry, and detector biasing.

UMR-A units provide regulated high voltage outputs as well as a scaled current monitor and optional voltage monitor. They are designed for PCB mounting in space-constrained applications.

Dean Technology's TY1, TY2 and TY4 series of radial lead high voltage ceramic capacitors range from 3 to 20kV at 10 to 10,000pF. They are available as Class I or Class II in a wide array of dielectric materials, including NP0, SL, BxN, Y5P, and Y6P. As always, all DTI capacitors are RoHS compliant.

All high voltage capacitors are either in stock or available with short lead times. In addition to radial lead capacitors, DTI also has axial lead, doorknob, and cap stack models available.

DTI is excited to announce, along with partner HVP GmbH, that we have jointly acquired the high voltage measurement and driver businesses of North Star High Voltage (NSHV), a trusted and respected manufacturer of high voltage probes.

NSHV has developed and defined the art of high voltage measurement. Their high voltage probes are designed to provide unparalleled accuracy while providing wide bandwidth capability, rugged packaging, and overall convenience.

Two main types of probes are available – the PVM series designed for portability, and the VD series optimized for long life and accuracy. Both types of probes can be used with 1MΩ input oscilloscopes standard, or with meters of various input impedances.
