Our stuffed gnocchi are soft on the outside, filled on the inside, and honestly pretty hard not to love.

Crispy gnocchi tossed in cinnamon sugar, paired with fresh apple, and finished with a sweet glaze. An easy fall treat with a gnocchi twist.

Ingredients:
12 oz gnocchi
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 small apple, finely diced
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp milk or water

Directions:
Air fry the gnocchi at 390°F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Toss the warm gnocchi with melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Add the diced apple. Mix powdered sugar with milk or water until smooth, then drizzle over the top.
