Testimonials:
IMPROVING BUSINESS PROCESSES
Weโve had consultants before but nothing like this. Jim (with Texas Consilium) and his team brought us an extremely pragmatic, logical and organized approach to running a business. Once these guys came in and shared their experience and their knowledge, they helped us visualize what it would be like and let us run our paces. They did the benchmarking and showed us what we could have been. That was the day in my business career that Iโll look back on and say that was the thing that changed a lot about our professional lives. Clearly it is one of the more valuable propositions weโve ever engaged in. ~Rick Rolland Rolland Safe & Lock Company, Dallas, TX

IMPROVING FINANCIAL RESULTS
In the end we wanted to improve the teamwork not just because it made the working environment more fun but because we wanted results, so I would say that the biggest thing we got from the program was results. After beginning work with Donna (with Texas Consilium), there was not one single financial parameter that did not improve. Every indicator that we used to measure our business and financial impact improved in both absolute and relative terms. Every single oneโฆโฆ. That is not a coincidence. Donna (and her team) exceeded our expectations. The results were trust, respect, knowledge, improved communications, togetherness and goal congruence. Her flexibility to adapt and personalize the service to our specific needs, her teamsโ ability to very quickly build the trust and respect needed, the facilitation of communications, the keen eye to understand specific and detailed issues to address all combine to make a powerful force for change.

IMPROVING THE BOTTOM LINE
People donโt like change. Becky (with Texas Consilium) just has this way about her that really puts people at ease. They talk to her. We implemented the stuff that she found and we gained a couple of percent. Iโve known those guys for years and I learned some stuff that I didnโt know. Knowing what I know today, I would absolutely use Texas Consilium again, throw them in the pot and say, Look this thing over. Where can we make this better? ~ Joe Erskin, Palmer Manufacturing and Tank, Andrews, TX
