Chicagoland Fireplace & Chimney Restoration is adding experienced chimney technicians and in-house customer service representatives. This is steady, structured work with a team that values reliability and consistency across every job.

Certification is preferred for technicians, but chimney or masonry experience will be considered with a path toward certification. CSR roles are in-house and focused on scheduling, coordination, and customer support. Spanish-speaking is a plus for both.

Another contractor fail! Please consult with a professional fireplace and chimney company prior to letting your contractor update the face of your fireplace. Your typical removal of face brick and framed out opening with wood and drywall. “Its fine, it won’t catch fire” not to mention the opening raised from the lintel removal leaving no throat to the fireplace. Customer wanted a bigger opening. We built it the right way and installed an exhaust fan to draft properly due to the limited size of the original flue. Customer wants customer gets! Ready for porcelain insulation!

Strange situations are always rectified at CFCR! This metal firebox sitting on a wood floor without any foundation protruding into the home with just a hole to access the chimney flue. What do you do? Rip it out and provide the customer with a safe and functional Fireplace that is actually tied into the home correctly. I have seen Stranger Things, but we are very surprised this one did not burn the house down.. come to find out the house was moved here from a different location, and the fireplace was added. Take a look at the before and after. This is why you hire CFCR in difficult situations.
