✅ Complete Driveway Overhaul! ✅
TK Property Solutions LLC teamed up with Mike’s All Around Construction and T Town Concrete to knock out this full driveway transformation!

🚜 Removed the existing driveway and subgrade
🪨 Installed 8” of compacted stone base
🧱 Poured 4” of fresh concrete for a clean, durable finish
🚶‍♂️ Included a matching concrete sidewalk for safe, smooth access

Huge thank you to everyone involved — teamwork makes the dream work! 💪🏽

Custom deck complete. Tear out old and build new. Custom deck features a sunk-in fire pit area on stamped and stained concrete pad with bench seating, steps from main deck and glass railing above to keep wind out and heat in. Upper balcony from the master bedroom incorporate’s an under decking drain system for outdoor kitchen below on main deck. Stamped and stained concrete walk and patio surrounding new deck.

Fill in old pool and finish grade topsoil, using a borrower pit for fill material from back yard. All material used was from on site

Tear out Asphalt Driveway, replace and move culvert over 15’ to be perpendicular with house, and replace driveway with Concrete. Thanks to “Rock Hard Concrete” for working with me and giving my customer the concrete driveway they were wanting!
