Notable progress has been achieved in this outdoor space since the weather improved. The pavilion's stone veneer installation is pending completion, but the backyard renovation is nearly finished. A new 1400 sqft paver patio has been constructed atop a solid Versa Lok retaining wall, featuring floating one-piece stone step treads that lead down to the side yard. Over 50 loads of soil were brought in to level the backyard, which now features a comprehensive irrigation system and is covered with lush sod. Fresh landscaping and ground cover enhance the visual appeal of the space, leading to the newly installed driveway and basketball court. The homeowners' commitment to quality will undoubtedly provide them with years of enjoyment and utility.

Last week was a busy week with finishing up our latest custom project but we also squeezed in a little demolition project. Tearing down this burnt home from the 1800’s was light work for 40000lb escavator and the 40yd dump trailer…Yes we have a heavy division….Site preparation, demolition and land clearing as well as our finish grading. Buena Vista Beauty! Major curb appeal both day and night was delivered just in time for the holidays. Following a complete exterior demolition of the yard, driveway, retaining wall, and fence. A new design and plan was implemented. The property now features off-street parking for up to 10 cars, an entertainment area, usable lawn space with yard power receptacles for summer inflatables, fresh sod and landscaping, irrigation, power entry gates, and all-new landscape lighting, ensuring this stunning property is not overlooked. We extend our gratitude to the homeowners and the Whitaker Park community for their patience and understanding during our construction period. We are thankful and blessed this holiday season. Well that escalated quickly… new project started! Entertainment capable backyard loading!

Our latest creation has officially came to life!! A complete back yard transformation! Customer had pool installed and then we came it to make it paradise. After terracing the yard into three different levels with beautiful retaining wall, the pool officially had a level area to build the pool deck surface, but we then made it a little larger to accommodate a full size pickball court with sports lights, putting greens and a designated place to play corn hole. We then extended the deck to a very detailed offset patio under the 16x16 cedar pavilion. Turn right from the shade structure and there is a set of solid black limestone steps leading to the fire pit sitting area with built in grill rack where you can cook your hamburgers and hotdogs, or just sit back and enjoy the view over looking the pool. Now leading down from the pool deck you’ll find a custom set of steps with landings connecting the house, pool and drive all together; laid again in herring bone to match the other special places. This project really has it all…beautiful all year landscape foliage and blooms, lights, walls, the smallest pavers you can buy to the biggest you can buy! Feel feee to reach out for your next projec
