Yesterday, my team and I shot a chunk of a new course we are launching later this year.

We shot in my brand new studio that took a year to set up and get just right. I was actually tinkering with it all week.

The course is called Change Your Narrative, Change Your Life. It’s meant to change your life through the stories that you tell yourself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Focusing on distractions keeps your mind busy. When you are busy the true distractions prevent you from doing the real work neccessary in order to move your life forward.

Distractions are like sugar rushes. They seem great in the beginning, but in the long run, they hurt you by robbing the focus needed to achieve your goals.😍

If you are like me, you want to do more and do it better.

It’s a great goal.👍

The problem is we only have bandwidth to accomplish so much. To make matters worse, we often use that bandwidth to meet obligations or deal with distractions.

I think a mindful way to accomplish more and use our set amount of bandwidth more effectively is to focus on learning something new, being a better person, or upgrading your knowledge.

It's just a thought.

I mean, there’s always family obligations, and of course…

For my family today was the first day of school. For some that may mean sadness. For us it’s a time of joy😋.

Joy?

That's right. Joy. The start of the school year is a great time to make changes in our lives and in my business. This is exciting and it brings joy.

From time to time we all have challenges we have to face or questions that we need answered.

There is often a tendency to want to figure it out on our own.😞

However, one of the best ways to get answers is to just have conversations with people who are in the know. I have been leaning more on experts in the last few weeks.🙂
