On June 4th our entire District 44 family came together at Yar on the Lake to celebrate everything we built in 2025 — and I'm still smiling. 🥹

Here's how we kicked it off — and it wasn't with an award. 📖

I did NOT read my team "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" 🙅‍♀️ Instead, I read them "Oh, the Policies We Will Write!" — a special book I wrote myself, as your District Manager, to honor every single one of these amazing people and teams. ⛰️💛

🥇 Agent of the Year — Suzanne Altman! 👏 She also swept PIF Growth, All Lines Growth, PRIME & Mentoring Agent of the Year. What a year!
🌟 New Store Agent of the Year — Tina Gevorgyan, who ALSO earned her Blue Vase in Life in just TWO months! 🤩

🤍 And we kept my late husband Roger Sill close in our hearts all evening. His spirit was right there with us.

🌟 We were also honored to have our Special Guest, Amy Toohey, Head of Field Operations — West Territory, celebrating right alongside us. Thank you, Amy! 💛
