Moving companies, they mean well. We see it time and again. Customers hire us to set up their A/V products. Upon unpacking we find the components, TV’s, receivers and streaming devices, but the remotes and power cords are nowhere to be found. With so many people cutting the cord on cable and satellite, unless you have a terrestrial antenna you lose your local channels. ABC and FOX now have free apps which will allow you to get news and weather without a monthly TV bill. You can also watch news and weather in other cities. Your Wi-Fi router shouldn’t be placed on the floor. Why? Depending on your router, your Wi-Fi “bubble” is either round or eliptical. When placed on the floor, you’re only utilizing half of your signal. We recommend placing your router 4-6 feet off the ground for better coverage. If you have dead spots in your house, want to upgrade an old Wi-fi system or want to invest in a mesh Wi-fi system, we’d love to help you.
