Drífa from Lough Arrow left us this morning.
Another era ends.
She was the last one left of the horses I brought with me from Ireland to the US more than 20 years ago.
I have owned her grandmother and mother and still own 2 of her daughters with offspring.
It is a very sad day for us.

Mother of
Litla Lilja from Lough Arrow II (in Germany)
Flúð from Lough Arrow II (here in Colorado with us)
Dynur from Creekside Farm (in Alaska)
Sólný from Lough Arrow II (in California)
Sprengja from Lough Arrow II (in Patagonia, Chile)
Léttfeti from Lough Arrow II (in Iowa)
Fjallarós from Lough Arrow II (here in Colorado with us)
