Aloha to all! Haven't posted much lately, recovering from a strained back muscle, but I'm back and classes have resumed. MANY thanks to our clients who were kind enough to let me reschedule our classes during my recovery. Mahalo to Oceanview Dental, Hawaii Gas, One Kalakaua Assisted Living, Matson, R&L Insulation, the Kalihi YMCA, and to good friend Cathy Oshiro's childcare hui for being so understanding. HL2026 is so very fortunate to have so many loyal clients.

Been nursing a badly strained back muscle for the past few weeks. Big mahalo to all our clients who were gracious enough to let us reschedule our classes. Still not 100% yet but nevertheless will start teaching again on the 21st. We have a slew of classes coming up. We are grateful for that. Aloha to all, see you at our next class!

Busy week! Double header at the Federal Building yesterday, class at Dr. Uchida's office this morning, a class at the Eye Surgery Center tomorrow afternoon and then a class for a group of keiki caregivers on Saturday. All depends on the rain.........................

At the Federal Building for a morning and an afternoon class with the Probation Officers. What a nice group. I really enjoyed being with them.

Maintenance day at Heartline 2026. Scrubbing manikins, checking electronics. Busy week coming up, teaching 5 classes in 4 days, and one special day playing golf with my KSB bruddahs at Makaha! Gotta clean the clubs after this!
