Day of rest! Did six classes in five days last week. One Kalakaua Assisted Living on Tuesday and Thursday, Halekulani on Wednesday and Friday, then two yesterday, the YMCA in the morning and Wong Family Dentistry in the afternoon. Got some paperwork today but at least I don't have to go anywhere

Aloha to all! Haven't posted much lately, recovering from a strained back muscle, but I'm back and classes have resumed. MANY thanks to our clients who were kind enough to let me reschedule our classes during my recovery. Mahalo to Oceanview Dental, Hawaii Gas, One Kalakaua Assisted Living, Matson, R&L Insulation, the Kalihi YMCA, and to good friend Cathy Oshiro's childcare hui for being so understanding. HL2026 is so very fortunate to have so many loyal clients.

Been nursing a badly strained back muscle for the past few weeks. Big mahalo to all our clients who were gracious enough to let us reschedule our classes. Still not 100% yet but nevertheless will start teaching again on the 21st. We have a slew of classes coming up. We are grateful for that. Aloha to all, see you at our next class!
