Electric aircraft startup, Archer Aviation, plans to launch an electric air taxi service in Los Angeles - where they have been selected (according to current reports) as the official air taxi provider for the 2028 Olympics.

Their goal is to provide short flights across the city that could reduce trips that currently take 60 to 90 minutes by car to just 10 to 20 minutes in the air.
