ITALY STRIKE SCHEDULE

📍 October 2 | Nationwide

A 24 hour general strike involving the public and private sectors. Railway services are expected to be affected from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Local transportation may also be disrupted, with the impact varying by city.

📍 October 3 | Genoa

A 24 hour strike affecting AMT public transportation.

Guaranteed services:

• Genoa city: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Provincial routes: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Genoa Casella railway: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

📍 October 9 | Milan, Monza and Como

A 24 hour strike affecting Milan’s metro, buses and trams. Guaranteed services in Milan will operate until 8:45 AM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In Monza, services will operate until 9:00 AM and from 11:50 AM to 2:50 PM.

The Como Brunate funicular may be disrupted from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and again after 7:30 PM.

A 24 hour strike affecting Florence tram services.

Guaranteed services will operate from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

📍 October 12 | Bari

AMTAB bus services may be disrupted from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

📍 October 12–13 | Sicily

Possible railway delays and cancellations due to a 24 hour strike by railway infrastructure staff. The strike is scheduled from 9:01 PM on October 12 until 9:00 PM on October 13.

📍 October 14 | Tuscany

A regional general strike affecting multiple public and private sectors.

Rail services are expected to be affected from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Local public transportation may be disrupted during the final four hours of workers’ shifts. Air travel and Florence’s Gest operated trams are not expected to be affected.

📍 October 15 | Foggia

A 24 hour strike affecting ATAF bus services.

Guaranteed services will operate from 5:30 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

📍 October 16 | Air Travel

EasyJet pilots and flight attendants throughout Italy have announced a 24 hour strike.

Security staff at Venice Airport are also expected to strike for the entire day, potentially causing longer security wait times.

📍 October 16 | Naples

EAV services may be disrupted from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

📍 October 16 | Bergamo

A 24 hour strike affecting Arriva Italia public transportation.

Guaranteed services will operate from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
