Commitment to Excellence GJW, LLC is the largest purebred Line 3 PIC multiplication herd in the world.

It houses a little over 5000 sows and is located in an isolated part of the Nebraska sand hills several miles outside of Ainsworth, Nebraska. The farm’s location was selected for its remoteness from other pigs, which is very beneficial for the health of the animals on the farm.

It’s a very special day when we can come together to celebrate our employees! We recently held team lunches with our farm crews from GJW and Sandhills Elite Genetics, which included delicious food, games, and prizes! It was a blast to spend time with each team and watch the competitive spirit in some fun group competitions. Thank you again to each of you for a fun day celebrating and enjoying time together. "Andrea Colunga has been with Sandy Pine for nearly 10 years and is one of the most versatile and reliable team members we have. She has received cross training in every possible area of a sow farm and always performs above average expectations.
