It has been an exciting month at Vitality Healthcare Management! We just wrapped up our semi-annual Leadership Intensive with 30 of Vitality's leadership. What an awesome experience with insightful vision for the future. Vitality was built on "ownership" and we truly got to understand the meaning behind that with the Fall Leadership Intensive.

I feel like "for-profit" really gets a bad name in our industry because we are a service industry taking care of those in need. As an owner, I don't just feel that the residents and families we serve need to be cared for, but those that dedicate their lives to serve. Today I had the opportunity to take care of some of those people at our Aitkin location. I pledged to staff that I would do everything I can to give back, so I wrote $252,000 in bonus checks to go to staff. Many of those staff received bonuses of $25,000. Vitality Healthcare Management is really about all of our people and I will continue to serve not just our residents, but those that dedicate their time to serve. These are a few pictures of some staff that got checks today! Thanks for all you do!
