Nights and Weekends crew had something to do. Making some clamps for a friends Harbor Freight tire changing machine. Apparently the ones that came with the machine are missing. The parts are made from Delrin.

Following up on an earlier post. This style of guide pin is programmed and ready to turn. This will be turned on our Tormach 1100M mill. The part was programmed using Fusion 360.

Shop update: This is the last op on setup number 1 of a test fixture pin plate. This is the Tormach 1100M tapping 10 - 32 holes in G10. The spring loaded tap holder made quick work of this.

I haven't been able to find a bracket that fits the drag pipes on the Harley, so, a little bit of CAD, a little bit of CAM, and some time on the Tormach fixed that problem up.

Hey Man project... The conclusion... I finally took some time from the day job and finished this part for an antique Allis Chalmers WD tractor. The original part was in pretty rough shape. Here's hoping the new one fits 😬. If not, there will be a Hey Man Take II project 😂
