I am honored for our partnership with the Kent State University Museum and excited for the success of this exhibition. Tonight’s opening was a smashing success. I couldn’t be more proud to serve as the marketing team for such a powerful exhibit.

There have been times when I’ve found myself confused — unable to make a move because life.

Disappointments, setbacks, insecurities, etc. During those times I experienced some of my most painful moments because I couldn’t clearly identify my purpose. BUT GOD! He began to peel back the layers of who I was and reveal who I was becoming and I couldn’t help but to charge forth into my destiny. I’m still in charge mode conquering one giant at a time.

I don’t know who needed to hear this — but God has a purpose for you and it’s most likely going to come forth during your most painful moments. If you’re experiencing that right now, rejoice — because there’s clarity, energy, and so much new life on the other side!

Just power through!

Every once in a while, I have to unplug and absorb nature. Sometimes that means saying no to mixers, friends get together, and even to my husbands request to watch a movie together.

As a business owner, it’s important to take time to focus on the things that keep us grounded and balanced. Sometimes we have to get back in touch with ourselves, our missions and our own goals. It’s scary, because we often discover just how far we’ve drifted away from the original purpose or the direction that we had for our businesses.But, the only way to grow and effectively serve is to face those realizations head on.
