We took the old Firestone Employees Bank in Lower Downtown Akron and completely refurbished the location in order to get started, thus preserving a piece of Akron’s iconic rubber industry history. PlusOne rapidly carved out their own distinct corner of the BPO arena. Madden has over 20 years of experience opening contact centers for Apple, internationally and domestic. Instead of just focusing on

their internal operations, PlusOne provides added value by inviting their clients to take advantage of their award winning business intelligence software, TrackOne. This patented agent performance tool was developed and deployed in-house. PlusOne provides full access to every bit of data coming into and leaving your or our call centers. We can integrate our software with any additional data feeds clients request ensuring seamless operational intelligence. TrackOne has evolved into a system agnostic SaaS offering for customer support departments and organizations. TrackOne is currently being utilized by companies ranging in size from 75 CSRs to Fortune 25 corporations.
