Sales Office Manager & Developmental Team Manager

Mike Teagle is a valued member of the RPC Restoration leadership team, serving as our Sales Office Manager and Developmental Team Manager. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, Mike takes his responsibilities seriously and brings a high level of accountability, organization, and commitment to everything he does.

Outside of work, Mike is a devoted father to three daughters, who he would proudly tell you are the highlight of his life. His dedication to his family reflects many of the same qualities he brings to RPC: loyalty, dependability, and a genuine desire to take care of the people around him.

Mike is also the kind of person you want in your corner. He is a loyal friend, a dependable teammate, and someone who can be counted on when it matters. This Friday, we’re putting the spotlight on the guy who keeps all the moving pieces moving.

Meet Brandon Tournoux, Project Manager at RPC Restoration.
Once a contract is signed, there’s a whole lot that has to happen before a project becomes a finished roof, siding job, or restoration. Materials, crews, schedules, details, curveballs... Brandon is right in the middle of it, making sure the plan becomes reality.

He’s hardworking, dependable, and when something doesn’t go according to plan, he’s the guy working to figure it out and keep the job moving forward.

Outside of RPC, Brandon trades job sites for the open road. He’s a Harley guy through and through, an animal lover, and somebody who appreciates the simple things when the workday is done. 🏍️🐾

We’re glad to have Brandon helping keep RPC projects on track and taking care of our customers.

MEET THE TEAM | WILLIAM “DUKE” TAYLOR

Meet William “Duke” Taylor, Project Manager of Construction & Repairs at RPC Restoration Inc.

Duke is one of those guys who would much rather be out in the field getting it done than sitting behind a desk. He helps lead the construction and repair side of RPC, handling the projects that go beyond standard roofing and siding — from decks and exterior repairs to interior work and all those jobs that help us better serve our customers from start to finish.

Duke brings hands-on experience, a problem-solving mindset, and a straightforward approach to every project. When something needs figured out, fixed, built, or simply handled the right way, he’s usually right in the middle of it.

Outside of RPC, Duke enjoys riding motorcycles, helping his friends and people in the community, and spending time with his daughter and watching her grow. And if you spend enough time around him, you’ll also get introduced to his signature dry sense of humor — whether you were ready for it or not. 😂

At RPC, we believe the people behind the company matter just as much as the work we put our name on. Duke is a big part of the team that helps us keep expanding what we can do for our customers.
