You the Inspiring Man.

When I was a child Dad...
You were my superhero.
The man I visualized had flew around the world did all the
good he could do. Tired and exhausted still took the time to make me feel I could do anything I wanted in the world.

When I was a teenager Dad...
You were my light in a crazy world.
The man who showed me the
changes in this world would still make a man out of me. Frustrated and exhausted with the world himself still took the time to make me think I could still take on the world.

Now that I am an adult Dad...
You are my example in an unforgiving world. The man who has been through it all conquering and still conquering. Wise and strong still takes the time to show me that by the same grace I can do anything in this world.
Happy Father's Day. You the inspiring man.

For a few of you Moms out there today: My Light, My Warmth, My Strength
Laughter is a beautiful thing Mom. So pure and life changing.
Laughter can change everything in an instance to something positive.
Its purity can affect people in such a way that they are never the same again,
and consume an entire room with little effort.
It is like receiving a bright and warm light that lives within you.
It then reminds you and brightens your day from anywhere and anytime.
You know Mom? There is someone who is just as potent, influential, and virtuous as laughter.
She was my first memory. She is my light in the darkness. She is my warmth in the coldest night.
She reminds me who I am when life gets unbearable.
My Mom is the laughter of my life. My light, my warmth, my strength in a world that demands courage.
I love you with all my heart, and pray to never lose my light on the inside of me.
Thank you Mom for being my laughter, my light, my warmth, and my strength in a lonely world.

For Elder Robert L. Mitchell Sr.
Love and Water

Love is as water. It flows from person to person, and nourishes so
many. He that believes in the father, as the scripture says, out of
his belly shall flow rivers of living water (John 7:38). Elder
Mitchell, a man of a massive presence, brought all of us together with
his living water. Through his spirit he nourished all of us with his
love. Some people that you meet in this world are like rivers, lakes,
ponds, and oceans. Some have so much to give and hold it for
themselves. But others, like Elder Robert L. Mitchell Sr. are
Waterfalls. Breathtaking in nature and continuously, even in his
peace, nourishing the masses, so even as he becomes memory in the
distance you can still partake in this living water. He is the example
that says don't let your water stop here. Your living water is for the
multitudes to feel and continue this tradition of love that started
with our heavenly father.
