One of our injection molding customers was having issues with a refrigerator component part made out of ABS.
The part did not have enough draft and the design lacked the real estate to provide enough ejection force. This was leading to defects and pin push on the parts.
Our Silaplast ES2522 helped address the issue as well as save costs by improving cycle time.

We are getting ready to work with a major office furniture manufacturer who is having molding issues with their office chair products.
We are looking forward to helping them improve their molding cycle time as well as help address molding defects like stress whitening, sink marks, tiger striping, parts sticking in the mold, uneven gloss levels, etc.

Looking forward to customer meetings this week in Chicago and Atlanta.

Trying to see if I can meet with Plaspros while I am in the Chicago area.

Fully vaccinated, masks (how much ever we hate the inconvenience), safe distance and washing hands regularly is the answer for now.
We cannot just sit at home. Work, business, manufacturing must continue.
