🏡 How Accessory Dwelling Units Could Help Alameda County Seniors and Homebuyers

Alameda County is exploring a new approach to housing through its SHIFT senior ADU pilot program. The initiative aims to help eligible older homeowners build smaller, accessible homes on their properties, move into them, and sell their original houses.
