Today, Never Stop Growing Coaching & Consulting turns SIX. 🧡

And I’m pausing long enough to really take in what we’ve built.

Because Year Five changed everything.

NSG moved beyond individual trainings and launched two organizational learning programs. Partnerships expanded into coaching, leadership development, and long-term work.

Our Motivational Interviewing work grew into statewide child welfare implementation—bringing my current expertise back to the field where my career began.

And NSG added its first part-time contractor.

The work is scaling. So is the impact.

Former coaching clients have been promoted. Organizations that once asked, “Can you deliver this?” are now asking:

“What else can we build together?”

That means something to me.

Because NSG was never just about delivering trainings. It’s about helping people think differently, lead differently, and grow into what’s next.

And there’s an even bigger dream underneath all of this.

I’m a Black woman from the Bronx. I want more Black professionals from communities like mine to see themselves as consultants, strategists, leaders, and entrepreneurs shaping organizations and systems.

Building businesses. Developing leaders. Opening doors. Creating new ones.

My faith has anchored me through every part of this journey.

And as a lifelong Knicks fan, this year reinforced something else:

Stay in the game.

Sometimes growth just looks like taking the next step—until you turn around and realize:

You climbed a whole damn staircase.

That’s Year Five.

Today, Year Six begins.

Deeper partnerships. Growing capacity. Proprietary ideas and expertise. And six years of proof that:

Never Stop Growing isn’t just our name. It’s how we operate.

How do you maintain this team dynamic when tension inevitably shows up?

The quote in this picture sounds ideal. And it is.

A team where people genuinely want each other to win is powerful. It’s collaborative. It’s productive. It’s the kind of culture most leaders say they want.

But even teams like that experience friction.
