like to think we should measure the light within ourselves according to the fruits of the spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23.

One piece of "Fruit" can have a manifold yield of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

That one piece of fruit is you and me. One individual, producing a manifold yield of:
Love
Joy
Peace
Patience
Kindness
Goodness
Faithfulness
Gentleness
Self-control

If we don't take care of our "fruit", water it, nurture it, get counsel and wisdom to take care of it, it's yield will be the opposite:

Hate
Suffering
Hostility
Impatience
Malice
Wickedness
Disloyalty
Harshness
Instability

Out of those two different kinds of "fruits", which one would you like to judge you? Which "fruit" are you going to listen to? Which "fruit" is a better leader/influencer?

What does this logo represent?
1. The Mustard Seed Plant represents Matthew 17:20 that says, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you."
It takes an unbelievable amount of faith to start a company and have as big a vision as I do. I also know it takes faith to believe in something bigger than ourselves. There are days I want to quit, give in, and throw in the towel, but I can't. Actually, I won't. I refuse to give up on what God has called me to do, and that's to equip and empower women of faith in small towns to become better leaders.
2. The circle represents momentum and movement. We can't grow in our faith and become better leaders unless we are moving. All of us are moving whether we know it or not. Forward, or backwards, there is always movement. I prefer to move forward, but sometimes I've moved backwards, whether it's becuase of a decision I've made or because of something that's happened to me out of my control. What I never want to do is quit, give up, or not learn from my experiences.
3. "Small Town Girls" represents community. We need each other to live out our faith and walk out our leadership. Women are stubborn and think they can do it on their own. I know, because I've been that woman. But I've learned I'd rather do life with strong, faith filled women, pursuing leadership, holding me accountable, encouraging me, praying for me, and believing me, than all by my stubborn, prideful self. We need each other!
4. PLAY BIG represents making a difference, not playing small, not sitting on the bench, not hoping something great will happen, but making something great happen. To PLAY BIG we need to walk out everything listed above.

We could all use a moment to reflect on our ability to disagree, peacefully. Disagreement is actually healthy, when it's handled correctly.

Disagreeing peacefully means:
1. Listening to understand, not be understood
2. Speaking from a first person experience
3. Asking clarifying questions
4. Seeing the other person as a person, not as an object, a disgrace, or a person with no value

"It's impossible to disagree with people peacefully, if you don't see them as having value."
