It's Christmas. Merry Christmas to all our customers, employees & families, vendors, suppliers.... well... to ALL! :)
It has been a challenging time for Cook's with the pandemic, and the loss of employees that resulted; The loss of one of our founders, my father; The supply shortages, delivery delays and so on. Mostly the lack of workers. The lack of drug free, drivers license holding, honest, insurable candidates to train, and qualified, trained service techs to provide the fast, quality service we have prided ourselves on delivering for so long.
Thanks to the dedication of our staff, managers Dennis Pantone and Dennis Vann; Dispatcher Ray, Bookeeper, service writers, parts and warranty folks Gretchen, Donna and Ashley, Service Techs Tim, Andrew, Jason and Matt, we CONTINUE to deliver quality service.
It breaks my heart to know that some of you have had to wait the length of time you have, or have elected to go elsewhere for service because of our wait times.
Please know two things: This is NOT our 'new normal'... we want to get back to same or next day service. We will not sacrifice quality for quantity. We will not send someone into your home, with your family who is incompetent, untrained, or who is a drug abuser or convicted criminal.
For those of you who have stuck with us, THANK YOU.
For those of you who have gone elsewhere... Please accept our apologies and give us another chance, when we get 'back to normal'. We're working on it.
