Congratulations to The Powder Coating Institute on the inaugural Business Growth Summit. Attendees heard from prominent economic and industry speakers and left with practical toolkits to apply in their own businesses. The event also welcomed the newest members into the PCI Hall of Fame.

James Whitehead, our Director of Finance, believes good financial accounting starts with understanding what the numbers mean for the mission. He sits down with our clients to walk through their results, line by line, so they know where they stand financially and what is driving it.

From there, he and the finance team look at how to put association resources to work. The goal is always a healthy bottom line and an association that can keep serving its members for years to come.
