1.) What types of materials do you work with? (e.g., PLA, ABS, nylon, metal, resin)
We have the capability of FDM and resin printing but have access to SLS and more.
ASA, Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate PET, PETG and blends are common materials we work with.
2.) What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum quantity. We can handle single part or short run quantities, we are not a print farm so we do max out at a certain quantity, but that all will depend on the part.
3.) How long does it typically take to complete an order?
It will vary depending on the print size and complexity. Typically prints can be completed same day or 1-5 business days.
4.) Do you offer design services or do I need to provide a 3D model?
We offer design services in both CAD design and model manipulation.
5.) Can you handle large-scale or complex prints?
Yes, we can do both.
6.) What is your pricing structure?
We charge $50 an hour for design services. Pricing varies for 3D prints as it will change per material, size and complexity.
7.) Do you offer post-processing services like painting or finishing?
We do not paint parts but we do assembly of components for an additional fee.
8.) Can you provide samples of your work?
Yes, we can show some of the work we have done, some cannot be shown to retain privacy of customers.
9.) What is your turnaround time for rush orders?
There is a rush order fee of $50. In most cases it can be done same day or overnight. Depending on the size and complexity.
10.) Do you offer customization or personalization options?
Yes, all parts can be modified. Although we cannot place a branding on a design that you do not own.
