The Health Department cannot leave 1/3 of the positions vacant and expect positive outcomes during this, or any, outbreak. More must be done to address the hiring crisis statewide. We must entice our youth back into municipal service with good contracts and health care benefits. Prioritize the workforce that serves this great city.

The City Council strengthened the law months ago, but Mamdani’s administration failed to match those reforms with the urgency, transparency and leadership New Yorkers need.

2025 was a year to remember! The experiences, the lessons and most of all, the people. I am blessed to do work that brings me to amazing places, puts me in rooms with new faces, personalities and viewpoints and allows me to fight for people and causes I believe in. I can’t even begin to imagine what 2026 will bring, but I can’t wait!

I like it. Meet and converse with people you disagree with. Diplomacy pushes progress forward. Get outside the echo chamber and have lively, respectful discussions and debates. Sometimes you agree to disagree, but often there are unexpected meeting points. Vilifying officials so as to prevent collaboration and communication only expands the divide. This is how we do it at and I look forward to working with both administrations to advance our clients needs.

Zohran Mamdani and President Trump seemed to cast aside their months of traded insults, a development that seemed good for New York City but odd to some followers.
