We live in an old 1929 Sinclair gas station!

One of the coolest parts about this project was realizing this wall tells more than one story. Every layer of paint represents another business, another era, another moment in the West End’s history. Instead of covering that up, we wanted to lean into it and preserve the age and texture that makes ghost signs so special.

Usually when we restore ghost signs, the businesses behind them have been gone for decades. But getting to work hand in hand with , a family-owned lumber company that has been operating for over 200 years, made this project even more meaningful. Being able to help preserve the history of a business that’s still here all these years later is something really cool.

We’re also incredibly thankful to work alongside the and .productions to help bring attention back to this surviving piece of Bostons West End.

Somehow between all the work, we also got to experience Boston in ways we won’t forget, Celtics Game 7, Shane Gillis at TD Garden, amazing food, meeting people from all over, and talking with outlets like , , , and about the project.

This one was a big step for us. Appreciate everybody that followed along. More Boston content coming soon.

After a few months of planning, we’re excited to finally announce our next ghost sign project in Boston, Massachusetts. This is our largest one yet, and we couldn’t be more fired up to bring it to life.

Huge thanks to & for trusting us with this piece of history. We’ll be back up in the next few weeks to get paint on the wall
